Special Delivery Requirements: Customer shall be responsible for any requested extra delivery services such as, but not limited to: construction site delivery, residential delivery, liftgate service, or delivery notification.
Returns: Returns will not be accepted without our prior written approval (on a Returned Goods Authorization form) and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid at customer expense and in original unopened and unmarked factory cartons.
Product Warranty: Our products are warranted to be free from defective materials or workmanship for a period of one year, normal finish fading accepted. The warranty period begins on the original date of product installation, but not later than three months from end user’s purchase date. Our warranty responsibility shall be limited to either (at our option) repair or replacement of the defective product. Costs of installing replacement fixtures are excluded.
In addition to the above basic warranty, Permalite products are warranted for an additional two years on a prorated basis, e.g. if product should fail after 18 months, 50% credit shall be allowed toward customer’s purchase of a replacement Acclaim fixture from an authorized Acclaim distributor at normal retail price.
General: All Acclaim products are UL or ETL listed.
